Town Of Wellsville: Laws: Regulating the keeping of mink and swine [Digital Towpath]

SUMMARY: It shall be unlawful for any person, individual, firm, organization, corporation or any other entity to keep, house, barn, store, have, hold, retain, shelter, possess, safe-guard, detain, tie-up, enclose or the like, any animal which may be characterized as mink, swine, pigs, hogs, boards or the like, within 300 feet of any dwelling. FINE: Not to exceed $500 and/or imprisonment not to exceed one year. Every violation shall constitute a misdemeanor.
