Regulating parking vehicles/machinery on Town Highways Nov.1-Apr.1

Body:
It shall be unlawful for any person to park or abandon any vehicle or machinery on the Town or County Highways within the Town of Wellsville, between the hours of 1am and 7am beginning November 1st and until April 1st. Any vehicle so parked shall be subject to removal and the cost of removal shall be charged to its owner. FINE: $15
