No person shall carry, transport or have in his possession on any public highway, sidealk or parking lot within the Town of Wellsville any opened or resealed bottle, can, glass or other container containing an alcoholic beverage of any type or kind. This article is applicable to occupants of a motor vehicle.
FINE: not to exceed $250 and/or jail not to exceed 15 days.
