SUMMARY: No driveway or drainage ditch shall be constructed which shall intersect a town road, nor shall any culvert be placed with 24 1/2 feet of the centerline of a town road, except when the property owner shall be granted a permit signed by the town highway Superintendent
FINE: Up to $25 per day and owner responsible for cost if town removes
