Welcome to the Town of Wellsville. We are located in Allegany County, New York and approximately ten miles north of the Pennsylvania line. Although nestled in a more rural setting, infrastructure and transportation elements are readily available. Wellsville is only 12 miles south of Interstate 86, which traverses the Southern Tier of New York. In addition, there is rail service in the community and Wellsville has the only airport in the county. The airport does not currently provide scheduled commercial service, but does offer charter service.
